The goals were to reduce the CO2-emissions in Austria and to increase the quality and efficiency of biomass heating plants and of local heat networks. Employees of the Energy Agency Styria supported operators and planners and offered a cost-efficient and easy monitoring system for achieving ideal operation processes at their power plants. Furthermore, assistance for grant applications and data administration was provided. Additionally, some conferences and events were organized within the framework of this project.
